1. Return Time
You can request a return within 3 days after receiving the product.

2. Eligible Returns
We accept returns only if:

• Wrong product delivered

• Defective or damaged product

• Product completely different from description

3. Not Eligible for Return

• Used or damaged-by-user items

• Change of mind

• Color variation (minor difference due to lighting)

4. Process

• Send us a message with unboxing video + product photo

• Our team will verify and confirm

• After approval, you may return the product

5. Refund / Replacement

• Replacement will be sent if available

• If not available, refund will be issued within 3–5 working days

6. Conditions

• Product must be unused, with original packaging

• Return shipping cost applies only when customer is at fault

• If the mistake is from our side, we cover the cost
